Learning an instrument requires immense dedication and commitment from the students as well as the teachers. These rules are important for the academy to function smoothly and consistent progress of the students. Please note that these guidelines are followed very strictly and one should read them carefully before enrolment and payment of the fee.
- The classes missed by students will not be rescheduled under any circumstances, unless it’s a medical reason.
- A maximum of 4 classes can be rescheduled , which has to be completed within the term of 3 months and cannot be extended further.
- Tuition and Registration fee has to be paid at the beginning of each term/ before the commencement of classes and is not refundable.
- The fee is charged for every quarter (3 months) and is non-negotiable. The payment of the fee has to be made on or before 5th of the month for which the quarterly fee is due.
- The quarterly fee cycle starts from the beginning of the month. In case of of mid-month admissions, the teacher will be calling the student for extra classes to compensate for the missed classes .
- Apart from having a good teacher, learning an instrument requires discipline and regular practice apart from class hours.
- Frequent discontinuation and breaks during the course is not advised as it disturbs the flow of teaching and can cause students to loose interest.
- Incase of discontinuation for a short period due to break or vacation ,the concerned teacher and administration must be informed well in advance.
- The registration will stand cancelled if the academy is not informed regarding the break or discontinuation .
- For Guitar or Keyboard classes, students have to carry their own instruments to the academy.
